Faux Finishes

Wishing Wall Studio offers a wide variety of finishes such as marbleizing, whitewashing, gilding, limewashing, as well as replicating the look of stones and metals (faux-painting). We provide customized treatments for walls, ceilings, trim, moldings, and architectural elements. All colors can be custom-matched to existing pieces or design elements of the space. We also provide decorative repairs on preexisting custom-painted surfaces with seamless pattern and color-matching.

Furniture Refinishing

Wishing Wall Studio specializes in a variety of treatments for furniture, cabinetry, and architectural elements. We also provide decorative repairs where we can match the colors and patterns of preciously applied finishes.

To refresh the look of this carved frame with a more contemporary finish, we swapped the old brown varnish for a crisp, creamy-white, that was gently antiqued and accentuated with a soft silver metallic.

We have created an immediate glow-up for this bathroom, by repainting the dated, brown, vanity and mirror frame a fresh coat of white, which we artistically antiqued and accentuated with a soft silver metallic finish.

This mantle got a whole new look and a more contemporary feel with a hand applied finish of a gorgeous blue-gray tone, enhanced with a delicate silver-toned metallic.

This bathroom got an instant make-over, going from the dated, dark brown, to a refreshing soft white-gray with delicate silver accents and hand-painted faux antique finish to accentuate the ornate, carved, details.

We painted this dated console table base a glossy black, to fit it better into its environment and give it that timeless, yet contemporary look.
